INSTANT SERVICE AGENT
Responsible for dealing with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional sales-orientated manner to both internal and external guests, using True Hospitality service skills. The Instant Service Centre is the main communication point of the hotel providing and coordinating a rapid response to all guest requests, inquiries and needs, as well as assigning work orders to appropriate personnel. This role is required to identify and anticipate guest needs to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
