MANAGER
Manage all aspects of the operation of the hotel, to deliver a true luxury guest experience that is unique, bringing the brand to life. Consistently develop team members to their full potential, while attracting and retaining a high calibre of talent. Maintain and ensure optimal product quality of the hotel.
This role reports into the Hotel Operations Manager however has close stakeholder partnerships with the Food and Beverage Manager and hotel culinary teams to achieve hotel food and beverage goals within the hotel department.
