The PIP is a structured training program designed for international candidates who want to:

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Tailored training related to your field of study and background

6–26 weeks, full-time, unpaid professional internships

• Access to a network of 12,000+ host companies across Australia

407 Training Visa sponsorship available (if eligible)

• Academic credit available (if required by your university)

• Flexibility with location may be required depending on the field

• Available in most academic disciplines: Business, Marketing, IT, Accounting, Finance, HR, and many more…

⚠️ Please note:

• Some fields (e.g. Architecture, Design) may require portfolios or longer lead times

• Medical placements (e.g. for doctors, nurses, dentists) are not available due to Government restrictions

Part-Time Internships

Already in Australia on a Student Visa and can’t commit to a full-time internship? No problem!

Our Part-Time Internship Program lets you:

• Combine study and professional training

• Intern 20 hours/week (minimum 12 weeks)

• Choose from fields like Business Admin, Events, HR, Accounting, Marketing, and more

Exact working days and hours will be confirmed during the placement process.

Who Can Apply?

Motivated students and recent graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience in their chosen industry.

To be eligible, you must:

• Be 18–30 years old

• Be pursuing a field directly related to the internship

• Have upper-intermediate to advanced English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)

• Justify at least 6 months of full-time relevant work or study-related experience (e.g., an internship or work placement during studies)


Depending on your current situation, you must also:

—> If you are an international student (outside Australia):
Be currently enrolled in a tertiary program (Bachelor or above) and complete the internship for academic credit required by your university

—> If you are studying in Australia:
Be currently enrolled in a tertiary program (Bachelor or above)

—> If you are a recent graduate:
Have completed your degree within 12 months at the time of visa lodgement

Start Dates & Lead Time

Start dates are flexible, but please allow enough time for processing:

4 months lead time for 407 visa candidates

3 months lead time for those holding valid working rights (e.g., Working Holiday Visa)
