As a Hotel Services Team Member, you'll be the person our guests rely on to handle their check-in and check out, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. What we need from you

You will use your previous hotel experience and Opera (Property Management System) expertise to look after our guests, from arrival to departure and every step in between. As the face of the hotel your presentation, local knowledge and ability to take ownership of any issue or request will be the key to creating a seamless experience for each guest.

To be successful in this role you'll be a motivated, positive person with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll also have:

Banquets Attendant - Food and Beverage

About the Role

• Provide naturally friendly food and beverage service to guests, our point of
the difference is our caring service, check us out on Tripadvisor
• Setting up for all meetings and events from a small boardroom meeting for
10 to a 1,000 pax Grand Ballroom high profile event
• Setting up refreshment stations for morning and afternoon teas
• Restocking mis-en-place
• Setting up furniture and setting tables
• Attend to guest requirements and carry out duties when and as required.
• Provide a warm, friendly and professional F & B service at all times to the hotel
guests and fellow colleagues.
• Understand and implement all legislation in regards to the Responsible
Service of Alcohol.


The successful candidate must have:


• Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a luxury hotel
environment preferred but not essential, we can show you how it's done!
• Strong and confident communication skills with a passion for customer

Bell Desk Supervisor | Team Leader (2 vacancies)

About The Role
• Provide a high level of customer service to our guests
• Deliver luggage and messages promptly and professionally
• Manage luggage to and from guest cars and assist in the lobby
• Park guests' cars if required and other general duties
• The Bell Desk Supervisor and Team Leader will supervise the Porters and
report into our new Front Office Manager until a Chief Concierge is
appointed.


Requirements:
• Hotel experience in the Concierge department is preferred but not essential
• You will be a team player and have the ability to juggle a variety of tasks
• Great friendly, outgoing customer service skills, personal grooming and presentation
• A current full NSW Driver's license (manual and automatic) is preferred required for this position (international/non-NSW driver's license not accepted) however, we do have limited non-driving roles available to assist during peak times.
• You must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including evening shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• The unrestricted ability to travel to work and attend a CBD workplace full time due to it being a hands-on operational role
• The willingness to comply with all CovidSafe workplace requirements and the constant use of a mask in all areas of the hotel

About the Role
