About the Role

• Provide naturally friendly food and beverage service to guests, our point of
the difference is our caring service, check us out on Tripadvisor
• Setting up for all meetings and events from a small boardroom meeting for
10 to a 1,000 pax Grand Ballroom high profile event
• Setting up refreshment stations for morning and afternoon teas
• Restocking mis-en-place
• Setting up furniture and setting tables
• Attend to guest requirements and carry out duties when and as required.
• Provide a warm, friendly and professional F & B service at all times to the hotel
guests and fellow colleagues.
• Understand and implement all legislation in regards to the Responsible
Service of Alcohol.

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a luxury hotel
environment preferred but not essential, we can show you how it's done!
• Strong and confident communication skills with a passion for customer
service and for creating special experiences.
• Excellent personal presentation
• Availability to work a variety of shifts over a seven-day rotating roster.
• Sound beverage knowledge.
• A current NSW RSA certificate.
• The willingness to comply with all CovidSafe workplace requirements
including masks if required
