Function:

To maintain a hands-on approach to the coordination of the Food and Beverage outlets, guiding and developing the management skills of the outlet managers. To maintain a high level of visibility in each of the Food and Beverage outlets, monitoring service delivery and assisting in the operations as required. To participate in tasks and assignments related to the management of the Food and Beverage department.
