We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants who prides themselves on supporting a dedicated team in continually improving our operations and guest service levels. Your focus will be the daily operations of our Food and Beverage Department to ensure our guests enjoy a pleasurable dining experience whilst maximizing revenue opportunities.

Main tasks:

-Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests;

-Handle any guest requests and complaints in line with the hotel policy;

-Setting and maintaining high service standards;

-Maintain accuracy of all cash and credit transactions and complete daily balance activities as required;

-Assisting with training and maintaining staff product knowledge within the food and beverage department;

-Manage line staff on the shift to ensure required performance and hotel standards are met.

What we need from you:

-Previous Restaurant, Bar, Café or Conference experience;

-Sound knowledge of Food & Wine;

-Demonstrated problem solving skills , accountability for managing floor operations throughout a shift;

-Strong an eye for detail;

-Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise;

-Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to excel;

-Strong cashiering and cash handling skills;

-Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification;

-Flexibility to work a 7 day a week rotating roster including nights and weekend;

-The right to work in Australia.
