Why did you choose to complete an internship in Australia?

I chose to complete internship in Australia to enhance my skill set, and to explore more about Australia, food and the people here.

What challenges have you faced, and how has AI contributed to softening your internship experience abroad?

As far as I know, AI is one of the best companies to take you to the next level by indulging interns in one of the nicest hotels or restaurants. AI has done every sort of thing that can soften the internship experience. They are very strict with their time and resources, which follows the perfection of the internship.

How do you define your work environment, and how has it influenced your training process?

It has been a few months since I started working in this host organisation, and I bet everyone who loves to cook and meet new people would like this workplace. Thus, my training process is positively influenced by this environment because your queries are resolved quickly, and your skills will improve as everyone motivates you to do your best.

What hospitality skills have you developed?

In the hospitality industry, you never get an end to learning. Thus, I also improved many skills through this hospitality internship program, including Communication, Behavioural and Chef skills.

What advice would you give future interns regarding internships?

I would advise the interns that are coming in future, that always be the person they are and everybody gonna love them. Always try to be on a learning side rather than showing yourself overconfident, be happy, and be safe.

Any comment that you would like to share about your journey to Australia, such as the visa process and positive feedback on your internship?

I lodged my visa in 2020, but suddenly after there was COVID-19 worldwide that caused my internship to delay more than 2 years. But the positive thing is that the people at AI are always supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Diana and Ms. Joy for giving me all of their support in every aspect.

What do you enjoy most about Australia?

Literally everything, the people, culture, food, nature, weather, economy. And many positive things can't be explained and can just be felt.
