Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

The Responsible Service of Alcohol is required for all staff working in Hospitality that is servicing food and alcohol.

Each state has different requirements, however, Willian Anglis offer online training for every state. There is no need to have any interns complete RSA until they obtain their visa but they should then complete the course prior to arriving in Australia so they can start in their roles immediately.

Course includes:

-Identifying customers to whom service may be refused

-Preparing and servicing alcoholic beverages responsibly

-Serving alcohol within appropriate limits

-Assisting alcohol-affected customers
